Refunds & Cancellations

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and services offered by Kumo Software (“Kumo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to this Policy.


1. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for new customers. During this trial period, you may use the Services without charge. No payments will be billed unless you choose to continue with a paid subscription at the end of the trial.


2. Subscriptions & Billing

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually, if applicable) in advance.
  • Payment is required at the beginning of each billing cycle and is processed through your chosen payment method.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or
  • Contacting our support team at techops@kumosoftware.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Services until that date.


4. Refunds

  • Free Trial: Since you can evaluate the Services during the trial, all payments made after the trial period are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Fees are non-refundable once billed. No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial charge may be eligible for a prorated refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
  • Service Issues: If you believe you were incorrectly billed or experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the Services, please contact us at techops@kumosoftware.com within 7 days of the billing date. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Changes to Pricing or Plans

We may update our subscription fees or plan offerings. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to continue under the new terms or cancel your subscription before renewal.
